Troubled teen star Demi Lovato is seeking further counselling to help her cope with life after rehab.
The actress/singer, who has spent the last three months in treatment dealing with undisclosed emotional issues, was spotted attending a meeting at the New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica, California on Monday. X17.com reports her new programme consists of “a combination of specialised groups, nutritional meal planning, supervised meals, meal processing, and educational presentations designed to support the recovery process”.
