n up and comer in the world of movie-making, Jennifer Lawrence showed up as expected at the 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday (February 26).
Taking to the Santa Monica locale, the 20-year-old actress looked gorgeous in a white Dolce & Gabbana ensemble as she trekked the red carpet ahead of the annual beachfront event.
During the festivities, Miss Lawrence will be competing for Best Actress honors for her work in Best Feature contender "Winter's Bone" while also taking the stage as a presenter. The 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards will air at 10:00 ET on IFC with Joel McHale handling the hosting duties.
