Stepping out for an evening of culture, Anna Kendrick was spotted at the Vanity Fair Campaign/Cosmopolitan & Art of Elysium “Pieces of Heaven Art Auction” last night (February 23).
The “Twilight” babe was all smiles as she meandered around Siren Studios in Hollywood, perusing the various pieces of art on display.
As for the Oscars this weekend, Anna told press she’s elected not to attend because she finds it all too overwhelming.“I couldn’t really handle it. It was enough last year being a nominee.” She had previously confessed that the whole red carpet scenario freaks her out.
“It’s literally the worst thing in the world, but I’m trying to get better at it. It is part of the job and a skill like anything else, so I just smile through it, look pretty and pretend the photographers aren’t yelling at me.”
